And then disaster struck...

My camera has unexpectedly and inexplicably broken. Unless I can get it fixed, expect cracks across all future photos. Sad times.

Edit: Good news!! It was just the filter that had broken, which a kind man in a camera shop fixed for me, for the grand sum of  Rs.75 (£1.03). This makes John a very happy bunny.

    Oh what bad luck! Did an elephant tread on it? Let's hope that it can be repaired. If not, we'd rather see pictures with cracks across than no pictures at all. By the way, isnt this what your travel insurance is for?

    The insurance has a £50 excess, which I hope will be way over what it takes to fix. Going to a camera shop this afternoon, hopefully it will be fine.

    But the photos you have put up (without cracks) are nice anyway - those chicks are very cute. And what was the place with the electric umbrellas? Can't wait to hear more stories.
